What To Watch: Comedy Specials
There’s no shortage of comedy content online if you’re looking for a good laugh. Two shows, in particular, are sure to leave you in stitches releasing endorphins. The YouTube Comedy Specials I recently watched and am recommending to you today are Nimesh Patel’s “Lucky Lefty OR” and Maz Jobrani’s “The Birds & The Bees”.
These comedians are known for their sharp wit, clever observations, and relatable storytelling. Making their comedy specials a must-watch for anyone in need of a good laugh.
Nimesh Patel
In “Lucky Lefty OR: I Lost My Right Nut and All I Got Was This Stupid Special” Nimesh makes fun of how he found out about his testicular cancer, why he thinks he got cancer, and the aftermath of surviving cancer. The entire show is amazing and most importantly it was a bit educational. Patel brings awareness from his jokes and experience to the audience. It is estimated that 8,000 to 10,000 men will develop testis cancer each year based on the Johns Hopkins website. With those numbers and the comedy special having already been viewed over 227,000 times. Nimesh Patel is out here saving mankind! Check out his YouTube page HERE.

Maz Jobrani
You may have seen him on Comedy Central as part of the “Axis of Evil” comedy group. Or maybe you’ve seen Maz Jobrani in one of the TV shows or movies he’s appeared in. This multi-faceted talent also has a comedy special released on YouTube, for our viewing pleasure. The Birds & The Bees is his 7th comedy special, and you’ll see why when you watch it! The cleverness of Jobrani’s jokes when talking about family, politics, career, and of course as the title of the special indicates, the birds and the bees.
