Lifestyle Books
We are closing out the year in a few days. With this comes new goals we set up for ourselves. Start the new year with this list of the Top 5 Lifestyle Books. Let’s start to get right for the rest of the year.
- “The Subtle Art of Not Giving a F*ck “by Mark Mason: This book is always a highly recommended read. It gives an honest approach to self-improvement (perfect for starting the new year). It encourages readers to focus on the things that truly matter (to them), rather than trying to please others or fix their problems. This book will help you find meaning in your life.
- “The Power of Now” by Eckhart Tolle. Want help with mindfulness? This is the book for you. The Power of Now focuses on mindfulness and living in the NOW. It will encourage you to let go of negative thoughts and emotions, leading you to a more fulfilling and peaceful life. A better life.
- “The Four Tendencies” by Gretchen Rubin: Helping individuals understand their tendencies is what this book is about. Understanding these tendencies can help you make lasting changes and achieve your goals.
- “The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People” by Stephen R. Covey: This book is known as one of “The Classics”. This will teach the reader how to be more effective in all aspects of their lives. Covering habits such as proactive behavior, setting goals, and seeking win-win solutions.
- “The Life-Changing Magic of Tidying Up” by Marie Kondo. An unexpected addition to the list, I know. Hear me out though. This book will teach you how to declutter and organize your home using the KonMari method. There’s a reason she even has her show on NETFLIX. This will help you let go of unnecessary things and create a more functional living space.
