These are not all new, a lot of them have been out for a while. At Curating Edits we are coming back around to watching movies. As they were to me, they could be new to you.

“Shirley” is a portrayal of the American trailblazer Shirley Chisholm, a politician who made history as the first Black woman elected to Congress and the first Black candidate to seek a major party’s nomination for president. The movie specifically focuses on her 1972 presidential campaign bid.
